The pool area was impressive, with kids enjoying the water park. I appreciated the spacious Queen Suite which offered ample comfort. The hot tub provided a perfect way to unwind after a long day.

However, the service felt a bit lacking at times.

Clean rooms and decent breakfast, but the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty.

Clean room, friendly staff, with a refrigerator that was quickly replaced when it malfunctioned and a delicious breakfast that fueled our day of exploration.

I enjoyed my stay at Garner Hotel Gillette South, An Ihg Hotel. The room was nicely decorated and very clean, which made me feel comfortable. The staff were attentive, and the breakfast provided was delightful and satisfying.

More accessible seating in common areas needed.

You can't miss the Rib and Chop House down the road. their steaks are no joke! If you're into sushi, Sakura Japanese Sushi & Steak House is a must-try too! It was also nice that the staff were knowledgeable and pleasant during our stay.

The rooms were clean, and the breakfast options were quite good, featuring fruits and hot items. However, the pool had a steep entry fee which was disappointing, and the public areas felt a bit neglected. Notably, the doors needed help closing properly.

Our stay was mainly due to an unfortunate car accident, which left us stranded with our kids. The manager was kind enough to pick us up from the auto body shop, which was a big help. The pool provided a great distraction for the children and kept them entertained. Overall, the amenities were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The staff at check-in were superb and addressed our refrigerator and TV issues promptly, which was appreciated. The breakfast offered a good variety and tasted great. However, the condition of the room was disappointing. the furniture was old and dirty, and there was a bug on the floor. The pool use came at an unexpected extra cost, which felt misleading and added to the annoyance.

I loved the mini water park with slides and the hot breakfast was so delicious! However, the room could use a remodel. I'd consider staying here again if the price is right.
